How Do I Place An Order?

Price Quotes are good for 30 days

Payment and Shipping

An invoice will be sent to you through Square or I also accept paypal, venmo, facebook pay, cash app and cash. Personalized orders require full payment upfront.
Other custom orders require half down and full payment upon delivery.

Shipping is available. Prices depend on item and location, Shipping quote can be provided when requested.

Etsy items MUST must be purchased through my etsy site.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

I take pride in my work and the quality I provide. If you have a problem with your item please reach out to me and I will do my best to find a resolution.

I provide a proof of all custom designs before items are created. Please be sure to double check these proofs in it's entirety before approving. Refunds will not be given for errors that were approved on your proof.

I accept returns for manufacture and/or craft defect within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, decisions will be made on a case by case basis.

Returns/refunds will NOT be accepted for misuse or improper handling, clothing not fitting, and errors in spelling once proof is approved. If you are unsure about the proper care of your item, please reach out to me and I will provide additional information.
